How does the free plan work?
The Free plan is free forever. You get a branded booking page, two active services, and up to five active bookings at a time. When you're ready for more capacity or pro tools, upgrade to Starter ($5/mo) or Pro ($15/mo).
What happens when I reach the free plan limit?
You can always see your usage in the dashboard. Once you hit 5 active bookings or 2 services, you can either wait for bookings to complete or cancel, or upgrade to a paid plan for more room. You'll never lose access to your data.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your dashboard settings anytime. When you upgrade, you're charged the prorated difference. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the end of your billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods via Bachs and Paystack. Subscriptions are billed in USD. The invoices you send to clients use your studio's currency.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No contracts. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your access continues until the end of your paid period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is yours. After cancellation, you have 30 days to export everything — clients, bookings, invoices, contracts. After that, data is permanently deleted.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 7 days of any paid subscription. After that, you can cancel to stop future charges but current period payments are non-refundable.
